Do you eventually stop feeling hungry?
Should I eat lots of not carb foods at each meal to feel 'fuller'?
Actually, I'm not sure if I feel hungry, I don't feel tired like I do on loads of carbs but I feel hollow for want of a better word. I guess takes time for your body to adjust?
