What sort of foods are you eating @annabell1.
If it has high carb content that could be the cause.

It may not be diabetes that causing it, hormone imbalance can also cause this, it could also be habit or association, that all cleaned up & tidy now time for a brew & something to go with it feeling?

I get that feeling so I have a square of 90% choc with a coffee after I’m tidied up. Or lately because I’ve had to drastically reduce my fat intake because if another condition I’ve just been diagnosed with but I’ve upped my protein to replace as I do keto I’ve been making a jelly fluff

Packet of sugar free jelly & a 150g tub of 0% Fage yoghurt (you can use full fat if you want)

Add the hot water to the jelly & whisk using a electric whisk for a couple of minutes, then add the tub of yoghurt and whisk again until it’s really bubbly & fluffy, put in the fridge to set. Makes a massive amount and the whole bowl is 4.5g carb & about 80 calories if your calorie counting, it’s sweet, filling & gives you that rounded off a meal feeling.

Thank you for the reply and suggestions which are very helpful. The belly recipe sounds interesting i remember a friend making this many years ago it wasnt to bad so might give it a go. I'm also starting to note down what I'm eating ie protein carbs fats I've read that we need to have certain amount per day especially protein just from quick observation I'm noticing I'm not getting enough protein per meals so now going to try work on that see if that is one of the issues. I also think it might be association I've read do the 20 minutes wait before grazing on something so going to try. I do yoghurt as a treat with say an apple or berries at times. I didn't mention but also have an aversion with foods at times I also have crohns colitis and sometimes eat but then sometimes I see food and I cant eat it and only tolerate certain foods. I'm now wondering if this might be an issue as well.
