im on metformin and novomix 30 .im starving all the time since being on insulin ,putting weight on

Unfortunately that's what happens when your on insulin. Its a vicious circle you need to lose weight and the insulin makes you gain weight and makes you hungry I was told that by my DSN last Thursday.

that's why I've always dreaded being put on insulin but it's heading that way more and more every day unless I change my diet and lifestyle and hope that'll delay insulin a good while.
