Type 2 Hyper levels?

Type 2. Just a quick one guys. Two hours after eating, is over 8.5mmol a hyper or is it over 11mmol? Ive read the nice guidelines and written them down on the bg chart ive created, but ive confused myself!!!

The NHS guidelines recommend under 8.5mmol/ at least 90 minutes after eating.
The 11mmol/l is the level over which a person is diagnosed diabetic after an oral glucose tolerance test. It is far too high for a post meal level.
