Hypo issues

I need some help as I have tried everything I can think of but still no good. I keep on going low about 4.pm most days even though my blood sugar is in range up to lunch at 12.00 pm. Then after i go slightly high about 10 - 11 about 1 - 2.30 but then goes back in range about 3.00 pm and have reduced my basal rate to 0% from 2.00pm. I even have a 30g snack about 3pm which I don't bolus for yet still I go low.

I've just looked back at the responses you got to your post about the same issue in August @steve04 and wondered if you'd tried the things that were posted then?

Also what have your hospital team suggested?

They wasn't too bothered and said that overall control was good I am over 70% in range most of the time and just said to adjust my pump settings which I have done but it still hasn't worked.

If it were me, I'd go back to basics, and do a basal test split into sections over a few days that covered 24 hours. If that's OK, then tweak your carb ratios.

If you're still having a hypo after a lunch with no carbs, it suggests that your basal is too high.

Are you using a cgm with your tslim pump to enable control IQ?

LOWS YES FOR OVER 50 YEAR MY LOW TIME IS ABOUT 4-30 PM LIKE YOUIR GOOD SELF

I HAVE BEEN DROPPING MY BASEL INSULIN ABOUT 2 HOURS BACK IN TIME DOES SEEM TO WORK PLUS I HAVE BEEN REDUCEING BASEL RATE DOWN TO 10% FOR 1 HOUR WHICH IS ONLY GIVE THE NEXT HOUR LESS SO REDUCEING INSULIN FOR THE NEXT HOUR BUT AS YOU CAN SEE WE ARE ALL DIFFRENT SOMR DO LESS LIKE ME TAKES AN HOUR TO WORK BUT BE CAREFULL OR YOU GO ON AMAD SWING TO HIGH
