Hypo then insulin or not?

Hi,

Just looking for some advice please, the last two nights when I’ve gone to bed my blood sugar has been under 4. So I’ve eaten something to bring my sugars back up a bit. I usually take anything up to 12 units of Lantus before I go to bed but on these two evenings I didn’t have any insulin. Should I take the insulin or not? I’m slightly concerned if I do my blood sugar will go low again.

What was your blood glucose level when you woke up?
Do you normally take 1 shot per day?
