Half banana or half apple or 2 carrots. If it's really bad then I have a teaspoon of white sugar in my tea (nearly always have brewed tea on hand).

    The kitchen :):):).
If I can then I will settle for a few jelly babies.
A go to in years gone by was 2 heaped teaspoons of glucose powder ( Holland and Barrett) in water with a splash of orange cordial. One of the best for a bad hypo. Fortunately bad hypos are very rare these days.

Depends on where I am. Jelly babies, dextrose tabs, grapes, lollies!

One or two rich tea biscuits with a cuppa.
Then after fifteen minutes, check blood sugar levels and if okay a small low carb meal.

A few haribos. Unless it's a really bad one where the gremlins in my head make me eat lots of them.
