Just had my first hypo in ages, normally my bloods are through the roof!
Took me about 40-50 mins to recover from it, all sorts of feelings and how that made me feel, scared

I'm so sorry, I absolutely hate hypos, for me they are one of the worst parts of being a T1. I have a dexcom which means I rarely go very low now, but I've had a few very scary ones in the past. Plus I've had some really strange dreams when waking up from a hypo. My main problem with mild hypos is that they make me want to eat the fridge, it's very hard not to overtreat them.
I hope you feel better soon. Lots of virtual hugs.

I noticed from earlier posts you use a Libre?
(If so.) Did you check & monitor BGs on discovery & recovery using a meter?
Libres for me can lag behind for 45 minutes coming back up from a sub 3.5 after treatment.
