I do eat fiber foods as I read that is important so all vegatables and quinoa Spelt just meat no diary. Not hing processed no fruit. Just eating twice only drinken water walkie 10000 steps minium a day.

How can I know if I have those rare condition? What are there names and how can I now with food. It looks like most every body does has succes with food and diet and I do not. Nothings works I am stuck.and I only have the forum for help. My endocrinoloog Said Come Back when you get high glucose so when it to late.
Reading your other thread and this one, I believe that you have got a lot of misunderstanding about how low carb you have to go to stop the insulin resistance, insulin response and loose weight and everything else it takes to get your health back.
In my last post I said you may have to avoid carbs as much as possible.
Forget the fibre, it will contain carbs, too much meat can alter your insulin response.
Even some vegetables have high levels of carbs, I cannot eat potatoes at all, carrot, Swede, turnip and some cooked vegetables are so bad for me, even those that are supposed to be really healthy!
It is what foods our bodies can tolerate and we all differ.
Only by testing can you find out.
Quinoa is a grain and I am intolerant to grains, one cup contains nearly 40g carbs. That is more than twice my total daily total.

As I said you need to change your thinking on what is healthy, because more than likely if you have insulin resistance then eating that amount of carbs will do nothing but make it worse.

Knowledge is a key element in finding your balance of foods that is healthy for you.

That is a common problem with metabolic conditions.
It is a symptom of high insulin.

What I mean is you are still eating too many carbs because from your posts you have high insulin resistance, I also presume that you also have high circulating insulin which is why you can't loose weight.
When you have the combination of insulin resistance and high circulating insulin, you probably have a condition called hyperinsulinaemia.
Do please Google this.
Eating the food you have described will trigger the insulin response, adding more insulin. You have an imbalance of too much insulin, the more insulin you over produce you will have more insulin resistance.
You I believe need to start eating things with little or no carbs.

I was like this, I lost the weight by avoiding food that created more insulin.
Also the extra insulin will give you the low readings, and the only way to stop the lows is to avoid having the carbs.

I have not had a hypo in four years.
Because my food does not create insulin.
Do try thinking about not eating those carbs and see what happens. In my experience, this is the only way to get your health back.

Best wishes.

I did eat a year 25 carbs a day and could not loose the weight so I that because I did read a lot to less carb can cause insulin resistance that is why I did Change. How many carbs do you think is good? And why do I have insulin resistance if I did try before this 5 months low carbs?

What are foods that do not cause insuline spike. Is eating to the meter helpfull for me. Is it a good signaal if I stay below 7 or does it say nothing because my insulin does work?

Sorry for the question but it seems the carbs do not change the resistance? Can it be other cause cushings? Something else?

I do sympathise as I can’t seem to control my levels with food either yet. I changed something yesterday, just slightly and noticed a small difference! Perhaps you could add in more fat or protein at lunchtime and see if that helps, keep experimenting you may find out what is better for you still. I find that how much exercise or activity I have really affects me too so it’s a difficult picture sometimes.
I would also push to see a specialist again maybe if you can, as just recently I have discovered more information about what is going on by having tests repeated. I am not there yet with all the answers but I’m glad I made a fuss and got seen again. All the best.

As you say it is your personal balance of protein, carbs and fats!
Getting the tests done is so important.
I have done a food diary since 2012 (ish) and my bloods for longer, I regularly check the differences (or not) every so often.
Even slight changes make a big difference.
