how can you tell if your having a hypo if you dont test your gloucose .ive recently been diagnosed

Are you on any meds?

Hypo symptoms vary but include sweating, shakiness, confusion, feeling faint, tingling lips, clumsiness, etc
 
I make sure I eat at same time every day since I done that no Hypo
