Hey

Just wondered if some of you guys feel really bad even though your numbers are fine? This week I have been anything from 4-8 and I just feel drained and weak and sometimes dizzy. I understand my sugars have been on the high side so I don’t think I’m used to being this good but I thought that would only last a couple days?

Hi @emily deacon Your numbers sound good but if you're not used to running low as it can take some time adjusting to running lower than normal, it's worth checking in with your DSN if this carries on into next week though, i tend to start feeling this way when I run into the low 4's.

Thank you, I have a diabetes check up in a couple weeks so I'm hoping it doesn't carry on so maybe I can check with him then. Its just so frustrating feeling so ****** when your levels are actually good

Hi Emily, I don't know how long you've been diagnosed, but I had similar symptoms in the first few months. I put it down to my body not being used to operating at normal blood sugar levels. Similarly, my eyes took a few weeks to get back to normal from fuzzy and easily tired.

Also, I find it quite easy to jump to conclusions and blame everything on the diabetes, when occasionally it's just a bug of some sort.

I have been diagnosed 6 years but lately they have been running high, that does make sense though thank you
