Went to GP today my A1C is now 40 was 68 in November, lost 21lb and off Metformin!! And now no longer diabetic. I wanted to share my joy. I was so confused in November but got lots of help from here so thank you.

Those changes you've made need to be for life.
That A1c will improve again I'm sure if you continue on your journey.
Some folks get picky over the Control vs Remission vs Reversal terminology, call it what you want but you've stopped this "progressive chronic" disease in it's tracks, that deserves huge appreciation.

I will not do it again for sure!! It’s been really hard but well worth it. I now know what to eat and keep healthy carbs between 30 and 50 a day and enjoying my new life style of food.
