Hi Jeteishca and welcome to the forum. It would be nice if you could tell us a bit about yourself, how you are coping with diabetes and if you have any problems. What type are you? Do you have any questions you need to ask other members?
 
Hi Jeteishca, do you know any of your test results, fasting blood glucose readings or HBA1c readings? It helps to have to data to go on. Also, what you are used to eating and what you are eating at the moment.

There are plenty of experienced diabetics on this forum who will be only too pleased to help, but as said above, we do need to know a little more about your diagnosis and diet.

Type 1 diabetes can occur at any age. It is most often diagnosed in children, adolescents, or young adults.

Insulin is a hormone produced in the pancreas by special cells called beta cells. The pancreas is behind the stomach. Insulin is needed to move blood sugar (glucose) into cells. There, it is stored and later used for energy. With type 1 diabetes, beta cells produce little or no insulin.
