Firstly, thanks for the reply.
Don’t tell me off, but i was so shocked and stunned at my diagnosis I mostly stopped eating. You could see my ribs and i went gaunt. A friend thought I had Cancer. I now accept my Pancreas doesn’t work properly and try to live ‘normally’.
On a work day it’s wholemeal toast for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and meat / fish and veg for tea.
When I had a pre op earlier this year a Nurse said to me ‘you have to live your life’. Im lucky that I feel great and just crack on and I think that is down to my ex services mentality.
