I'm not working at the moment so I don't think it's because I'm tired from doing too much. I don't have a clue what it is.
If I sit down then that's it, I'm asleep!
If things are still the same after I've been away I'll go to the doctors, I'm missing a part of my day! It doesn't feel like a healthy tiredness either. It hits me and I can't fight it.

I have the same problem. I only have to have the tiniest bit of sugar and I just go to sleep. It's like I pass out when I wake up I feel terrible. I have had this for a few years. if I have a couple of squares of dark chocolate I go into a stupor.I have been feelin like this a lot lately but i was one that never needed much sleep but i really do now.

There are so many reasons for falling asleep during the day - sleep apnoea, narcolepsy, drugs and drug withdrawal etc.. but, please remember, metformin (if you are taking it) CAN cause your Vitamin B12 levels to fall (especially long term) so well worth checking those and if you have anaemia...Can someone help me please?
I can't stay awake. I'm 23, bg levels are fine, below 10 most of the time but I just can not stay awake all day.
Usually around about now I have to have a nap for an hour or so, I can't fight it and it happens most days.
Thinking about it it's been happening for a few months now.
Just tested bg and it's 8.4 but I need a nap
