I Did Not Cause My Condition

By the same token then I caused my arthritis by a life time of moving about or did I merely exacerbate a condition that was already in the early stages.

Maybe I caused my asthma by walking around where there was air pollution and not wearing a mask.

Who knows it could be we are all responsible for our illnesses by our lack of prescience.

Yep I cause my asthma to flair up if I walk past someone vaping or smoking. You would think I would have learnt not to do that by now, walking can cause all sorts of problems.

My mother, grandfather and younger brother were/are T2 diabetic so I decided to eat ‘healthily’ to try and avoid it so ate low sugar, low fat yoghurts and spreads etc, plenty of fruit, jacket potatoes and brown, as opposed to white, bread, rice and pasta! I also believe statins did no5 help caus3 as I was diagnosed in 2012 with an hba1c of 48 which rose to 54 after starting statins but, since stopping statins due to other side effects, my hba1c reduced and has been in the 30s for the past 4 years.

Thank you. On behalf of all of us who didn't get diabetes 2 by stuffing our face or drinking litres of pop.
Who were not overweight when diagnosed.
Who had a mother and grandmother with diabetes.
Who have become overweight since using insulin, therefore perpetuating the myth it is all our own fault.

Thank you.
