I get your concerns, Sarah :) But no way do you need to lose 30kg - you'd disappear! If you feel losing a few pounds would increase your confidence, then that's ok, but don't overdo it. You're only young and I bet your body will change and settle over the next few years. Mine did.

You could try some toning exercises if you feel unhappy. They can define your figure without the need to lose loads of weight.

If you're tall, you will weigh more. It's all relative. It doesn't mean you're fat. You honestly look fine. Ignore the number on the scales. Eat healthily but well, keep active and hold your head up high. I'm sure I'm not the only person here who wishes they were 17 again! Enjoy it :)
