Hi I am a type one diabetic for 25 years I am 49 years old. I have recently joined a health club . As I feel I need to get some extra excercise. I do a fair bit of walking in my job. Any advise what exercises are more effective etc i am not wanting to loose a lot of weight just more to get fit. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read .
