I find it slightly amusing that to me I have no issue in his getting high, but astral travel while in surgery strikes me as just plain irresponsible lol. I would have charged him with negligence of duty more than disturbing the peace, though. Seems to me he wasn't disturbing anyone, it was just that he was diminished in his abilities to work properly. Though marijuana is class B now isn't it (for some stupid reason, but that's another thread entirely xD)? Can understand him getting booked for drug use. Disturbing the peace suggests he was out in the waiting room raving about how tasty clouds are and that Jesus doesn't like him so does anyone have the contact numbers of the Yakuza?
