I need a nice filling quick Breakfast

Lidl high protein roll with lots of cheese toasted on top with Marmite if you like it

Avocados are sometimes my food to go! If there's lots of time, lo carb waffles or pancakes. Or if in a rush, 2 Nairn cheese oatcakes with butter and a bit of Camembert..

Breakfast Muffins - you can make in advance , keep in the fridge if you are going to eat in next couple of days or you can freeze and take out the day before you want them. You need large muffin tin, put muffin cases in or grease the tin . Roll out slices of streaky bacon - 6 Muffins 6 slices (you roll them to stretch them out. ) use the bacon as a wrap for the muffin (put in raw). Now you can add anything low carb e.g halved cherry tomatoes, spiralised courgette, onion? My favourite is button chestnut mushrooms fried with parsley and wilted spinach. Add to the muffin tin then add 1 egg to each muffin. You can either add whole or beat with a little double cream. Season and sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Bung in the oven at 200c and will be ready 10 - 15 mins ( when there's no wobble in the egg). Delicious hot or cold. You can also give them a quick blast in a microwave.

Believe it or not. This was on offer for breakfast in the German hotels, back in the day I was on tour? Along with hard boiled eggs.. Yep, there was bread too.
The other guys hated the "fair". But i found myself adequately catered for.. Once one sidestepped the cereal, fruit juice & jams...
The Scandinavian hotels had an even broader LC option...
Good to know. Buffets usually best

Agree with everyone's egg based suggestions. If it's something to make quickly my go to is usually an omelette or scrambled eggs with something like bacon, mushrooms or asparagus.

If I think ahead I'll sometimes make a frittata the day before and that takes less than 2 minutes to warm up the next day.
