Thank you, I appreciate all the info. I started recording day 1, I think because this is the most serious thing that has come up in my life, or at lease one that is something I myself can do so much more for myself than doctors, so far that is. Right now my meals all consist of no "extra" carbs/sugar at all. Only what may be in something like a carrot. I do have one time a day, yogurt that has 5 g total, and I can't seem to find much, if any Whole Dairy items, low-fat this, low-fat that. I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. My daily number are not bad, most in pre-diabetic area, and good area. The more I get used to regular, daily meals (I do tend to eat smaller, but fasting between meals is said to be good, so trying for just 3 a day).
Anyway, I was up at 3:30 this a.m. and got on here and started researching the net. I deal with LPR, and well, seems each thing that has come up in the last 5 years has a special diet and something may be ok for this, but it's not ok for that, lol! Oh well, I refuse to lose my sense of humor
I do quite a bit of exercise, mostly walking, and I do know that helps with the whole digestion thing, plus I don't mind losing weight, as long as it's stored fat and not lean, muscle-mass
