- moved to my Home-State, so happy to be back and have my much-loved 4 Seasons again. Did not like the almost constant, icy winds off the ocean, and lack of shopping options (groceries and other). Did a lot of shopping online and finally gave up on any clothes shopping ;)
If there's a 15% chance of error in the meter, then how am I to know if a food made my sugar actually go up? Here's my dinner lastnight, and a "snack" of Yogurt (4g Carb. w/0 added sugars) with 1/8 c of chopped raw walnuts. Dinner was fresh Salmon in Olive Oil, w/parsley, onion powder and garlic powder. The roasted in the oven fresh carrots, celery, and brussels. Numbers were: 114 2 hrs after dinner, and 108 before. I didn't test after the yogurt. This a.m. 127. So on my own I would figure I should have tested lastnight 2 hours after snack and dinner.

I do quite a bit of exercise, mostly walking, and I do know that helps with the whole digestion thing, plus I don't mind losing weight, as long as it's stored fat and not lean, muscle-mass
