I need help

I have type 2 diebetes and i am on humulin i 4 units twice a day becuase my blood sugar is 4 to 7 i stopped taking my insulin because my sugar was normal but now i get this weird feeling in my chest like ive got so much energy im about to explode but no energy at the same time and extreme hunger constant sweats it feels like low blood suagr even though my suger is 5.5 or 6.4 and really bad anxiety for no reason so i take 4 units of my insulin becuase that gets rid of it for a few hours but then i worry my sugar is going to go low i was so worried the other day i tested my sugar 25 times a day and ended up going to a and e i felt faint dizzy and couldnet stop sweating and they tested my blood and said my hba1c was 52 and my ketines was 0.6 so im not sure whats going on its really getting me down i feel depressed its making me suicidal and i cant see my diebetic nurse till the 10th of march

It sounds like hypoglycemia and/or anxiety attack, but I don't know. Can you go to a clinic?

I went to a and e and they tested my hba1c and said it was 52 so ok but ive lost 4 stone in about 2 months and when i inject my humalin i intermediate insulin 4 units i can feel it working in about 30 mins and weres of after about 2 hours i always inject in the upper arm and nowere else ive just been thinking that i might need to inject into my abdomen were thier is more fat my appointment with the diebetic specialist is on the 10th of march

Is this intentional and/or desired weight loss? How long have you been T2 and how long have you been using insulin?
Do you follow any sort of diet to manage your weight and/or T2?

It's possible that losing weight has reduced your insulin resistance (assuming you are T2) and hence your need for insulin.
As for injecting in your arm, if you always use the same spot you can end up with insulin absorption issues, so it's better to rotate sites.

Some people get false hypos when their blood sugars are normal if they have been running high for some time (ie they feel hypo but aren't really) and these pass as they get used to the new levels, but it doesn't sound as though you have been running high.

Have you talked to your GP about your symptoms? They don't have to be caused by diabetes as your diabetic control sounds quite good to me, though fear of hypos can be mentally quite debilitating.

When you say your insulin wears off in two hours what do you mean? Does your blood sugar go up? Hopefully you're not injecting more than the twice a day that you have been instructed?

If it helps diabetes UK have an advice line for insulin users (and other diabetics) that you could call on Monday (they work 9 to 6 weekdays). (That's assuming you are in the UK).

Ive been type 2 for about 7 years was uncontrolled for a few years my blood suagr was always 22 after eating so was on 20 units of humalin i but now i only take 4 twice a day my weight loss has been unintentional becuase all ive been eating is a bag of chrisps for breakfast and cakes and cookies and that but now my blood sugar dosent go above 7.5 no matter what i eat and for the past few weeks ive been injecting my insulin twice a day 4 units of intermediate humulin i and my sugar drops within 20 mins from about 6.5 to 4.7 but i start to feel hypo around 5.5 i get shaky sweat pours out of me and i feel like im going to faint untill i eat something really quick .if i dont take my insulin my blood sugar is always between 4 and 7 but i have extreme hunger and then start to sweat and get really anxious and my suagr feels really high so i check it and its like 6.2 but i feel like ive got lots of energy in my chest and stomach but no energy at the same time and it seems to go when ive had my insulin so i only take my insulin when that feeling comes back to me .i had a hba1c test a few days ago in a and e and they didnt tell me what it was they checked my blood and i spoke to a diebetic nurse but they didnt advise me to stop my insulin or anything last march it was 52 im just really worried and depressed about it ive been staying at my mums in the day time becuase ive been panicking so much .sorry for the bad grammer
