soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I live on top of a steep hill and so have rescheduled my annual review. The roads are lethal and haven't been cleared. Buses are not comingup here yet. Hope they do late, because have eyeclinic at 1:30.
I did phone for blood results
Verdict please
HbA1c = 5.6%
Hdl = 1.9
LDL = 1.7
Triglycerides = 0.9
TSH = 3.1
I'm moderately pleased with that HbA1c. It's on reduced medication from last time, which was a year ago ( they forgot!!! and with my phlebotomy phobia, I didn't remind them.)

Now if I work at it, can I get into the 4s? I don't want to increase medicine, so perhaps not.
