I had an incident this morning, involving blue lights and paramedics picking me off the floor of my bathroom. After a few tests I was declared OK. After they left I spent most of the day in bed recovering. I had nothing to eat until about 7 pm. I found I had a lot of trouble getting warm in bed, my legs and feet were freezing. I have been in Ketosis since at least last November and I thought that I would have been burning fat to keep me warm? Am I missing something?

When you haven't eaten it sometimes leads to cooling of the extremities as the body starts to cut back on less essential functions. Often happens when I'm extended fasting.
Sorry to hear about your incident and hope you make a very speedy recovery.

Thanks for that. I seem to be OK at the moment.
