I want to start some exercise very soon :)

Hello i am from India , i am 38 years old .

i have type 2 diabetes ...

i want to start exercising soon ...

i am planning to start by simply walking , and jogging in the beginning ... maybe 20 minutes or 30 minutes early in the morning ....

i used to workout in the gym but after developing pain in the inner elbow ... i had to take a break from gym activities ...

i have been out of gym for at least 9 months now ... golfers elbow takes a lot of time to heal ...

So i thought even walking would be a good way to stay healthy and i want to start doing it as soon as possible :)
 
Have you considered exercising in your own home with YouTube channels? There are dozens of excellent ones, including seated ones for those of us who aren’t as mobile.
 
Yes aylalake , i have tried exercising at home

But i got easily fed up of that ...

Right now i am trying to focus more on aerobic exercises because my elbow will hurt if i do anything with weight :)
 
Walking is both accessible and has the added bonus that if you do this after meals you'll lower the insulin required to clear glucose and have lower overall glucose rises, win win. As you heal resistance exercise can be incorporated.
