The actual sugar content is incredibly low and usually less than half of a calorie. That means you'd have to take at least 8-10 per day to equate to 1gram of sugar. In those quantities, you start to have to worry about the effects it can have on your liver.I take ibuprofen for my back and head aches, but it never accrued to me that they are sugar coated, are they ok? and are there any that's not sugar coated? I'm very new to all this!
