    Hi Lucy

    I also have nocturnal epilepsy so have your vitamin D checked. I ended up with a really debilitating deficiency this year because drugs such as Epilim block your vitamin D absorption. I'll be on the vitamin for life so ask your doctor, mine hadn't realised but it was the epilepsy nurse who recognised it., xx
