hello all,
I’ve been feeling a bit off lately - slightly achy, an occasional sneeze, shaky and tired and I think I might be suffering a cold although it feels very different to previous colds so I am a little unsure... it could also be stress (new job this week and getting the results of a type 1 or not test back next week will do that!). Blood sugar levels have also risen again...
So I wondered - people that have gone on LCHF diets, do you feel you experience things like colds differently? Do you find your blood sugar rises? Does anyone find the winter-blues also affect your levels? TIA!
