I competed on Saturday 10/9/2022 in the AWPC World Powerlifting Championships in Manchester. I competed in the M3 125kg Equipped bench press category and benched 175kg, this was despite having a series of hypos leading upto the mornings flight. this was the heaviest bench in my flight and the second heaviest equipped bench of the day. despite having some really difficult times recently I am happy that I managed to actually get on platform.
