Hello,
I want to make some cakes for my colleagues at work to celebrate my birthday, I get fed up with all the sugary cakes I can't eat and thought I would make them all try some diabetic friendly cakes. So I have picked out the Chocolate and Macadamia Brownies and Chocolate and Mint Biscotti from the recipe books.
For the brownies it says 175g of stevia. so I have a jar of candarel stevia and this only contains 75g.
So I would need 2, 1/2 jars. that seems like an lot. or is that the wrong stuff?
If it is can does anyone know what I'm after

Many Thanks in adavnce

That sounds a bit more realistic I got the recipe from one of the downloadable PDF books on here. Someone might need to edit that

Stevia is very sweet even in small quantities so you shouldn't need very much at all. So start with the suggested smaller option, then have a little taste of the mix and add a bit more if necessary.

Good luck with your alternative offerings! I've fed my sister a taste of some of my low carb baked goodies, and she's actually preferred them to the normal versions. :D
