The clinic ID is a public identifier they give out to all their patients. It does not allow anyone to log in to the clinic's account. It allows a patient to permit a given clinic to see that patient's data. The patient can revoke that permission at any time.
Sounds like you signed up for a private version of Diasend, not the version designed for sharing your data with clinics and professionals. You will probably find that giving your password to your DSN violates your agreement with Diasend.
