These are best and effective exercise for our mind and physical health.
 
Walking, Running, Aerobics, Dancing, Squash......

Table tennis ...

Ideally you need an activity that you enjoy, & you can do regularly with other people.

NOT chess - it's played in the mind & takes over your mind.
 
Those Sports are good and better in which whole body involved. Body fitness can be achieved by playing sports for 30 or 1 hour. In my point of view foot ball, cricket, swimming, running, body building, tennis these are good for healthy.
I play foot ball regular when ever i do not go for play i felt very irritation. It keep my body fit and build strong stamina.

Walking and swimming for me. I walk every day, and am hoping to start swimming next week. My treadmill has really made a huge difference to me, my fitness, sense of well being and BG's.
 
Zumba is really good for getting you moving and burning up the calories.
 
My near daily swimming of 90 * 25 metre laps in one hour (for one hour) burns about 800 calories.

If I were to run at 6 km/h then the calorie burn would be equivalent.

But the run would nearly kill me whereas the swim leaves me feeling ready to do it all again. Why is this?
 
Dance, group kick etc are also useful stuffs to do this. Look at the video given below-

I loved rounders at school and we also played Dutch rounders, anyone play that? it was great as well.

I love walking and cycling :thumbup: as I do not drive so I am always on my feet doing something active or going somewhere. RRB
