Improved self care during lockdown?

Has anyone made changes to their healthcare behaviours as a result of Covid? I have been looking at both reducing my hypertension and improving my anti oxidant intake. I have not yet settled on the best ways of doing this. I hope if I succeed I should be better able to stand up to covid if I'm unlucky enough to get it. I am also trying to lose weight, less directly because of covid than because I put some back on during lockdown and my BG has crept up into the prediabetic range. I want to stop that before it goes any further.

The term “new normal “
Started taking vitamin D & zinc. Generally trying to get healthy as my t2 diagnoses was about the same time as the start of the pandemic. Lots of sunshine and exercise

Ditto for me, covid and T2 came hand in hand so interventions for one were interventions for the other.
Losing weight, walking more, eating healthier (for me)
