Hi Everyone,

We are looking at how to improve our service, and also how the forum had been helpful to people in the past, including case studies. If you could give any suggestions here, and please comment if the forum has been of use to you, your input would be greatly appreciated.

All the best,

Well, I for one, wish I'd discovered this site 5 years ago, when first diagnosed. It is only very recently I have found the site and thus heard anything about reducing carbs. Had I had this info at the beginning, who knows, I might not have had to go from tablets onto insulin.
There is so much interesting info on the site and I'd certainly miss it if I didnt havemy daily"fix".

It has become our lifeline. No diagnosis is easy but with the added complication of having seizures we have become desperate to take on as much practical informaion as possible. Jargon and docs speak doesn't help when your brain is at overload. Plus doctors dont live this 24/7. Really people with real experiences count for so much more when your trying to get it right. It has helped us feel less isolated and alone.
