35g orange peel
30g cheddar cheese
25g celery
28g ginger
5g lemon
20g courgette
66g carrot
31g cabbage
125g roasted salted cashew nuts
half a small clove of garlic
quarter of an inch of chilli (mild)
one knorr vegetable stock cube.
2 cups of water.
