I could’ve wrote this. I’ve been tested for everything but apparently I’m a type 2 diabetic with severe insulin resistance. I am on ozempic, metformin, jardiance and insulin. It’s a nightmare but my eating doesn’t help. I eat carbs (hides) but I’m really trying not to
