I have just downloaded the 2014 cook book and the recipes look really nice but have a query what are/is
Quinoa
Omega seeds
Chia seeds
As I have never heard of them and where do you get them from as I’ve never seen them in Asda or Tesco’s

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
these are seeds, which can substitute for rice and have less carb. I like Quinoa in particular. Actually now i've added Bulgar wheat to the list for our family. I find all of them in Waitrose, but of course you can buy online. I'd also try Holland and Barrett. I don't know about most other supermarkets. I don't use Tesco or Asda. I divide my shopping between Lidl and Waitrose. Lidl doesn't have Those seeds.

Tesco have them on the healthy glutton free aisle. I saw China seeds and quinoa and the dreaded linseed pips.

A man asked me about spelt flour ( I must have looked knowledgeable for a chAnge) I said to try Holland n Barrett or Asian shop (seem to sell everything).

My dn today suggested making my own bread using wholemeal flour and linseed, and peanut or coconut oil. I'll h ave a bash at it, my breadmakers gathering dust. I might try spelt flour as well. she also suggested sour dough as well. I've seen that mentioned on here. So might see how it goes.

Thanks for the help folks I got the Quinoa and Chia seeds at Tesco's today
