Depends in your life style and your personality...
Pumps need more testing and altering initially.
Some pumps are "visible" some can be made "invisible". (I hate being noticed as 'different').....
If you areba rugby player or keen sports person pumps could be less good, or better.. depending upon the sport. Ie a cross channel swimmer would have to remove it, a horse eacer would love it.
It depends upon the persons lifestyle and personality foremost but also whether they meet
