Insect Bite

Hey all quick question, I got bit on the hand by something yesterday and today my hand has swollen up. Went to the pharmacy to buy some antihistamine tablets but the people behind the counter weren't sure If I was ok to have them. Anyone on here know or is it a trip to the doctors?

hi i would try them anyway im on antihistimines for hayfever and am a type 1 also put something on the bite to sooth good luck

I'm a T2 on the maximum dose of Telfast (fexofenadine) antihistamine and they do not clash with anything other than another antihistamine. I'm on max dose for itchy skin allergies and would climb the wall without them :thumbup:

Yeah, i used have high blood sugars when i got bitten
