Insight pump - any way to copy handset settings?

Hi all, new here and hoping someone will be able to help with my son's Insight handset - we've had a replacement provided by Roche and would ideally like to be able to copy the settings over from the old handset rather than manually inputting data. Is there any way of copying the settings over using the 360 software or another way?

I believe it is if you have the admin settings, it was possible with the Combo but I've not done it with the Insight.

Try calling Roche technical help and they can advise you.

Thanks Chas, sadly the old handset kept disconnecting from the computer so I couldn't automate the copying of the settings. Manual setup wasn't too time consuming thankfully.
