Guys I love a good smoke pit and bbq house think, True Reds, Bodeans bbq etc and in those places I usually go for slabs of slow cooked, pulled or BBQ meats with green veggies/salad etc so usually very very minimal carbs.
Question is how does one bolus for this because it sends my levels sky high over 4-5 hours later on the old 30/70 regime I guess allot of protein is being consumed and allot of the rubs/marinades etc probably have sugar/carbs in them right.
How is the protein bolus calculated?
