I am going to Berlin tomorrow and nighttime temperatures are as low as -4 or -5 at night.

I know to take frio wallets when i visit hot countries but are there any precautions to take visiting a place with temperatures below zero?

If you sleep where it's below zero, keep your insulin in your sleeping bag. If you're walking around, with minus 5 it will be above freezing even in your coat pocket. Enjoy!

Hello @jamesfitz I am currently skiing so have my insulin in my pump, as I keep it close to my body then I have no issue with sub zero temperatures, so if your walking around with insulin pens just keep them to close to your body.

I was in Siberia last year (-35 at times, so really cold), and just tucked my insulin into the inside pocket of my coat, as close to my body as I could.
