    I’m pretty new to T1.

I want to wear one of my old jumpsuits out for Christmas party but won’t be able to access tummy or tops of arms.

Can I inject in my thighs?

    Sure!
Just out of curiosity, what kind of jumpsuit lets you reach your thighs but not arms or belly?

It’s a winter velvet one, so has long sleeves but wide legs - my thoughts are I can roll the legs up pretty easy and get to my thighs!

Makes perfect sense, thanks for satisfying my curiosity!
If your legs are anything like mine, they'll have those 'chicken fillets' right above where your knees touch. It's not an injection site you'll see on any official picture, but I quite like that spot when doing legs, and it's pretty easy to reach when coming from below! :)
