Ok, I have my insulin duration set for 4 hours. But when I bolus, even after 4.5 hours, the vibe still says I have a bit of insulin on board, this could last for a good 5.5 hours, this then in turn affects the bolus calculator if bolusing again after 4 hours.

Has anybody else noticed this, or the reason for it

Have you got the equvalent of "offset" time on the pump? If so what is it set at?

Just checking though.. Just a thought... You definitely only had one bolus previous and no snack in between etc that was bolused for?

(Insight n combo have offset time which takes in to account the time for insulin to start working-- just wondered if the Vibe had something similar that could have impacted on acting time).......

Must be something in set up then and to be queried with DSN or pump rep/company??

No it starts the count down the minute you bolus.
