'Insulin reset programme' - does it have any merit?

I think it has a hint of snake oil. Great to keep the weight down thru low-carbing which in turn reduces the body's use of insulin. I don't think there is any evidence that insulin specifically affects belly fat. I would just keep low-carbing with exercise to try to get the right body balance

I was interested in the description of how insulin causes belly fat by having too much of it in your system and blood.
This is me!
But what happens to me is I hypo! The excess insulin caused my weight to grow no matter diet I tried until I very low carved.

There was two things that put me off, was first, too many carbs, which would have produced more insulin than I wanted or needed! That's a big no!
Second was the concentration of foods, that doesn't help either!! Too much fruit.

Also, the price was way out of my income! I couldn't afford even one day! Expensive.
I could do most of the food a hell of a lot cheaper!
The low carb and what they want to achieve is good but the first impression I get is that it is a business first and helping people a distant last!

Wow! Lastly, how could they pinch my name?
I should have copyrighted my name!
