People need a little more to go on when you ask something like that. Is your profile correct? Are you a T2? If so, are you on insulin, other medication (for diabetes and other issues) and have you changed your diet to low carb already? https://josekalsbeek.blogspot.com/2019/11/the-nutritional-thingy.html might help, but be aware that going low carb while on insulin can and will result in hypo's, so be very careful and test often.
