Interesting. Another possiby important supplement for T2

I have long suspected that amino acids have an impact on diabetes I take cysteine and glutamine every day and managed to reverse my type 2 in just over a year. But then again it could be a coincidence?
 
So I need to increase my water cress growing and keep my white mushroom upkeep high. Soy beans are just not for me.
 
@ickihun or take it as a supplement I'm taking so many supplements now that one more won't hurt.
That's my thinking too - I already rattle and the only thing another supplement can hurt is my bank balance!
Mind you a supplement for my memory might be needed - I can never remember to take them all
 
I checked price of supplement and was a bit shocked so googled food sources and came up with beef and eggs so felt reassured as having a lot in my diet! Although then went on to read that the digestion doesn't deal with it very well wonder if this would apply to supplement s as well?
