This is a video of a presentation by researcher Lynda Frassetto, M.D. called —Paleolithic Diets and Diabetes Control: How Do We Think It Works? This is part of a series of talk given at the Ancestral Health symposium this summer.
One of the many interesting aspect of this research is that it's not compiled from food frequency questionnaires (which is useless). All the data comes from people who are participating in a study where all their food is provided. So this makes the data much more accurate.
Anyway, take a look. It's got lots of graphs and data, but it's not overly technical.
