Interesting...MAYBE!

I came to the conclusion a long time ago that taking one pill a day for absolutely anything at all is extremely unlikely to ever sort out anybody's health problems! In my opinion, the idea that there might be some magic bullet leads people to avoid making the changes to diet in particular - but also other lifestyle factors such as exercise etc - that they really ought to make themselves to improve the quality of their lives.

I wouldn't think the general public would continue beyond day two if they had to suffer the side effects I've read about on here. However much they wanted to live into the next century!

Ja! "Side effects"!

The mere THOUGHT of eggs or pasta makes me want to throw up.

It sais as part of the "warning" that "appetite may change".

HA!!!

My appetite is completely dissapeared!

the key words I picked up on were "Low carb diet". Metformin is just a way of avoiding using the carbs you eat.

Errr, I've read through this article about 6 times now and I can find no mention of "low carb diet" anywhere in it.

I think your low carbing must have affected your sight Hanna, I recommend eating a large chip butty immediately
